PHEV Fitout Expertise, From 12V to 440V
Certified in BYD Shark 6 & Denza PHEV systems
Fitting accessories to a PHEV fleet vehicle isn't the same as fitting them to a diesel ute. The BYD Shark 6 runs two separate electrical systems, a conventional 12V accessory circuit and a high-voltage PHEV drivetrain. They interact in ways that change how every accessory has to be installed.
Our technicians are certified on both, through BYD and Denza. Every fleet fitment is safe, compliant and correctly integrated with the vehicle's systems, which protects your fleet investment and your warranty.

What This Means for Your Fleet
- Correct Electrical Integration12V accessories on a PHEV have to be integrated with the vehicle's charge management system. Get the connection wrong and you can affect battery cycling, trigger fault codes and void warranty cover. We get it right, every time.
- ADAS Sensors Left IntactThe BYD Shark 6 runs forward radar, cameras, parking sensors and lane assist, the ADAS package that handles braking and lane keeping. Every accessory we fit, from bull bars to roof racks, is checked against those systems before and after installation.
- High-Voltage Safety ComplianceOur technicians are trained and certified in high-voltage safety procedures for PHEV and EV platforms. No fleet vehicle leaves our workshop without a full systems check.
- Warranty ProtectionCorrectly fitted, correctly documented, fully compliant. Every fitment we carry out is there to protect your BYD or Denza warranty, not risk it.
